The 3-story property had a great basement space where owners wanted to convert it to habitable space to add to their living space. The design involved to remove many load-bearing thick walls to be replaced by designed steel columns and beams where we designed foundation as well to bear the considerable loads. We had a minimal enquiries from the local building control authority which showed quality of our design for the projects. 

We made ourselves available for builders when they had questions and sent an engineer to site to sort matters out whenever required. We enjoy being at site and have our boots on to get to sites and talk to builders to get things correctly. 

We designed according to architects drawings and managed to keep client, architect and builders happy!
