This project involved converting a truss structure attic into a habitable space by removing the trusses and design a new cut roof where steel beams and timber joists were used.

At ground floor removed walls and masonry piers to make a open space as well as making a great opening for a better view of garden from inside.

Our design team worked along side the construction team whenever required to make this project happen on time and budget.
